The application form is available on our website: online.nldalmia.in. Students have to fill out the application form online, print the completed application form, and submit it to the institute along with relevant documents and course fees.
Walk-in admissions: Students may walk into N. L. Dalmia Institute with the completed application form, programme fees, and all other required documents. Upon satisfying all admission and eligibility criteria, the student immediately gets admission to the desired programme.
Students are advised to visit the website for admission updates from time to time.
5. Can I speak to an admissions counsellor or get personalized counselling?
Yes, you can speak or chat online with an admission counsellor or get personalized counselling at N. L. Dalmia Campus or via Online Counselling on our website.
6. What are the documents required for taking Admission?
Note: All the documents should be attested by the Gazetted Officer.
7. My Degree Certificate is pending, can I submit the internet result copy declared by the University on the website, and would you consider my application?
We require photocopy of bachelor’s degree or graduation completion-related documents that are either the Provisional certificate OR the Bachelor’s Degree certificate, any one.
Your application may be considered if the bachelor’s degree is awaited and your graduation-related mark sheets are Internet print out, provided you get the Internet result copy duly attested from your respective college principal/registrar only, with their clear official seal and signatures.
However, you would be required to submit the required bachelor’s degree or graduation completion-related documents within the timeline specified by us to get confirmed admission. Submission of proper documents as per policies, in the prescribed format within the timelines specified by us, for confirmation of admission, is the sole responsibility of the student.
Note: All the documents should be attested by the Gazetted Officer.
8. What is Provisional Admission?
Provisional Admission is given, when admission-related eligibility criteria are not fulfilled as per our policies and documents have deficiencies like Coloured passport size recent photograph is not submitted, or is not clear. Academic Qualification documents are not proper. Visa / Passport copy (for International / SAARC students) is not enclosed. A name changes document copy (if any) is not enclosed. The application form is not signed / not submitted his signature.
Submission of proper documents as per policies, within the timelines as specified by us, for confirmation of admission, is the sole responsibility of the student.
9. When will I be able to access my Student Services and Learning Facilities?
Students will be able to avail of student Services and Learning facilities like: Online Classes, Online query solving with Faculty, E-Library and E-Learning, Assignments, Personal Contact Programmes and booking for Computer Based Examinations in their student login, only after their admission is CONFIRMED.
10. When is my admission liable to get cancelled? Will I get a refund of fees paid?
It is the sole responsibility of the student to pay all prescribed fees as per the timelines mentioned in the prospectus for the programme in which he/she has enrolled. If a student fails to pay the fees as per the timelines, then in such a case, his/her admission shall stand cancelled. In case of students enrolled on a provisional basis, if the documents required for the purpose of eligibility are not submitted or if submitted with deficiencies (i.e. not in the manner prescribed) and the deficiencies are not made good within the last date specified (refer last date under section Important Dates) or within 15 days of communication to that effect, whichever is later, then his/her admission shall stand cancelled. In an event of not completing the programme within the time / validity period specified by us, the student login shall be locked and admission shall stand cancelled. In all the cases as mentioned above the student is not entitled to any refund of paid fees.
11. What will be my admission date? When do I receive the Admission letter / ID card and Study Material?
Your admission date is the date when you are given admission to the applied programme. You are informed of the status of your application form by email on the date of your admission. Students who fulfil all the admission-related eligibility criteria as per N. L. Dalmia policies get Confirmed Admission and ID Card. Students admitted on a Provisional basis do not receive any ID card until the admission is confirmed. Your Admission Letter / ID card will be dispatched to you within 10 days from the date of processing of your application form. And Study Material is dispatched within 7-8 working days after you pay the complete programme fee as per policies and timelines given by us.
12. What about my admission validity? (If I am unable to clear my exam within the programme duration, how many years will my Registration be valid?)
13. What happens if I decide to cancel my admission?
Upon being granted admission, you would be eligible to request cancellation. We will refund your programme fees after levying cancellation charges. (Please refer Brochure).

3. Are there any Personal Contact Programmes (PCP)?
For Open and Distance Learning (ODL) Programmes, the institute will conduct Personal Contact Programmes (PCP) for students every semester in face-to-face / online mode prior to the mid-term as well as final semester examinations.
During the period, a minimum of 8 to 10 hours per subject will be covered in a classroom environment / online mode. During the PCPs, the course overview with major concepts will be explained.
PCPs are optional but highly recommended since they encourage peer interaction and provide the opportunity to clarify doubts related to the examination or curriculum.
Note: The institute retains the right to add / delete / change PCP dates and delivery modes.

The Programme Fees are inclusive of mid-term as well as final semester exam fees. The exam fees are valid and applicable to the exams of the semester in which the student’s batch is currently in. However, in case a student has not appeared for the examination even though he/she has made a booking for the same, or failed in a specific subject, he/she shall be required to re-appear for these subjects and will have to pay examination fees. After joining the course, if a student takes a break and re-joins the course at a later date but during the registration validity period, he/she will have to pay re-exam fees for the subjects of the missed semesters.
Re-exam fee: ₹550/- per subject
DUPLICATE ISSUE OF STUDY MATERIAL:
₹250/- per book plus courier charges
FEE FOR ISSUING TRANSCRIPTS: ₹550/- for the 1st copy and ₹150/- for each subsequent copy
DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE:
₹750/- per certificate/mark sheet along with written application.
RE-REGISTRATION FEES:
₹6,000/- for a two-year extension, ₹. 3000/- for a one-year extension, and ₹. 1500/-

5. How to pay Programme Fees?
For the Online Learning Programme, fees at the time of admission can be paid through a Cheque, Demand Draft, Debit Card/Credit Card, or Net Banking.
Local Cheque/Demand Draft to be prepared in the favour of ‘N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research-ONLINE” and should be payable at Mumbai.

1. How frequently the exams will be conducted for Online Learning?
In Online Learning, in every semester, there is a mid-term exam and a semester-end exam.
2. The exams will be of how many marks?
In Online Learning, both mid-term as well as semester exams are out of 50 marks. However, a mid-term assignment carries about 20% weightage and a semester exam carries 80% weightage. To clear a subject, a student has to secure a minimum of 50% marks which is the total weightage percentage of both exams.
3. During the mid-term exam, students get how many days to appear for online exams?
For Online Learning, during mid-term exams, students get 7-10 working days period to appear for online exams on 24 X 7 basis at any time. Similarly, for end-term exams students get 7-10 working days period to appear for online exams during pre -booked time slot. However, these exams are conducted in proctored environment and students must have webcam facility while appearing for exams. In case of statutory requirement, the end - Term exam may require to be conducted at physical exam centres.
4. Will I be expected to take up any project work during the course of the programme?
In Online Learning, during the fourth semester, each student is required to upload a project report with his/her login credentials. The student is required to prepare the report and upload it as per the guidelines given by the Institute.
